Our neighbourhood is family-oriented and friendly, with a nice mix of calm and energy. We are just beside a busy road, so you might hear a bit of life going by buses, cars, and the occasional motorbike showing off. But inside the house, it’s still a cosy and comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring.
During the day, especially in summer, our little community gets a bit more lively thanks to the neighbourhood kids; our sweet little angels (most of the time!). They're often out playing, laughing, and bringing joy to the street. They're usually very well-behaved… but as we all know, kids can be full of surprises!
Even with all that, nights tend to be quiet and peaceful. Many guests have commented on how well they sleep here. You can come home late at night without a worry; Edinburgh is generally a very safe city, and I’m proud to say our area is no exception.
If you're looking for a safe, welcoming place with a bit of personality, you'll feel right at home here.
