i live close to the property and will be your beck an call if necessary but i like to give people there space to enjoy there stay
situated just off the m65, 200 yards from the Mercure Dunkenhalgh hotel. 5 minute drive into the Ribble valley where there is plenty of nature resorts and bars for night life.
parking outside the property is big enough for 3 cars and the property is walking distance to local shops and pubs
