This house is exclusively for non smokers and no Pets allowed. 2 bed property with an allocated parking space on private driveway Sleeps up to 5 guests (4 Adults max) 1 double bed and 1 triple bunk bed (double at the bottom and a single on top, top bunk advised for children 6+ only) no adults permitted on top bunk. Downstairs bathroom. The owners live next door to the property and are always on hand should you need anything. Upon arrival you will find a small selection of tea, coffee and milk. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa & a love seat, also complete with a smart TV, DAB radio, fold away dinning table and chairs. You will also find a selection of board games. Outside to the front of the property you will have access to a small enclosed space complete with bistro table and chairs. Travel cot available on request.

A small park is located opposite the property. Express supermarkets are all within easy walking distance, larger supermarkets can be found within a short drive away. Popular attractions include Paignton zoo, Dartmouth steam railway, Splashdown Waterpark, Cinema which are all within a short distance away. Torbay offers an expanse of rural and coastal walks for those keen to explore coupled with fine pubs and tearooms. You are centrally located to a number of beaches the closest being Preston Sands which is less than a 10 minutes walk away. The next beach along is Paignton which has a pier and a geopark ( free childrens park ), the town is conveniently located nearby and has a hive of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants. Every amenity is close to hand, beaches and local harbour are all within a short walk, the harbour offers many day boat and fishing trips around the bay. The main town of Paignton with many restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Should you wish to venture further, the towns of Torquay, Brixham, Totnes and Dartmonth are all within easy reach via car, buses, train or even a ferry ride.
