The building was built in the late 1890s, and then fully refurbished in 2020 to totally reconfigure and update the building. Set adjacent to the main railway station in Plymouth the property has three floors , with the studio being on the third floor at the rear of the building ensuring a peaceful stay.

This one bedroom studio was fully refurbished in 2020, and has been completed to enable any guests to stay with us on a self catering basis. Being central to the city centre and adjacent to the main railway station, the property is perfectly placed to enable it be used a base to explore the city and the surrounding areas . The studio itself has its own separate kitchen fully fitted out for self catering stays, its own separate bathroom, and a seating area, desk, wardrobe and double bed. With smart TV and superfast wifi the property is ideal for people needing good wifi for work and leisure reasons .

Neighborhood info

This one bedroom studio is just yards away from the main railway station in Plymouth that is shortly undergoing a £100m revamp. Despite its proximity the property is very quiet and secure, and is a simple five minute walk down into the city centre, where virtually the first shop you come to is a Sainsburys.
