The Sleeping Accomodation The house is split over four floors, with bedrooms on all floors, making the house more accessible to all. Garden floor: 1 x King size bed and 1 x Twin beds Ground floor: 1 x Double Bed with En-Suite and 1 x Double bed First floor: 1 x King size bed with En-Suite and 2 x Twin beds Second Floor: 1 x King size bed, and 2 x Twin beds Plus 1 x folding bed and 1 x Cot 5-person Hot Tub with LED lighting, Bluetooth, an outdoor shower and a veranda. There is a large level and fully fenced-in lawned garden, perfect for games, The patio has sun recliners, a gas barbecue and dining for 20, and a spiral staircase up to the balcony. Parking for guests is located at the front of the property, with two spaces by the porch and a further six to eight spaces in the private parking area by the garden floor. The house is tucked away in Pilton but is only a 10 minutes walk to Barnstaple High Street.

Quiet residential area, situated on a private drive. The train station is a 20-minute walk away and the main bus route to access all the major towns in North Devon is a 5-minute walk. Barnstaple town centre, with a wealth of bars and restaurants, is a 10-minute walk. For everything else, a car is necessary. North Devon is quite spread out and rural.
