Our family home is in the heart of central Scotland with easy access to the motorway network and public transport. We're located on the outskirts of Airdrie and have plenty off road parking and a large garden to enjoy after a long day sightseeing. You can even try your hand at fishing in our small private catch and release pond or enjoy bird watching. We have a heron who visits the pond and over the last few months have spotted 24 different species of birds including a woodpecker.
Fairview is our family home and we've been welcoming guests for 25 years. It's so lovely to meet different people from all over the world. Everyone has a story to tell and we love to hear it if you like to chat. If not, we are happy for you to enjoy our home and the facilities during your stay.
We are within easy reach of many attractions in central Scotland. If you stay for a week, you can do something different every day and know that you are coming home to a welcoming tea or coffee and a nice warm house. Children love to let off steam in our garden although we'd prefer you to supervise younger children. You can visit Stirling and Edinburgh Castle, Glasgow Kelvingrove Art Gallery, The Falkirk Wheel, Summerlee Heritage Park, Wallace Monument to name just a few. We're more than happy to recommend places if you wish.
