The newly decorated 2 bedroom family or friend unit with shower room, is centrally located, for easy access to the beach and promenade. Facilities include a coffee machine and fridge. Also access to a unit with fridge, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses, crisps and chocolate. Also, within walking distance to all amenities; such as shops, restaurants, coffee shops, Maritime museum and golf club. You can have a stroll to the beach or reserve a private session with your partner, family or friends in the hot tub or sauna. Soak in the sunshine outside in the beautiful seating and dining areas. Outside facilities also include an outdoor shower room and bottle fridge. Everything you need to make your holiday magical!

Newbiggin by the Sea is historically a fishing village. Friendly locals inspires a wish for frequent visits. Coastal Joy is very close to the beach, promenade, and centrally located for all amenities. There are shops, restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and take-aways all close to hand. Due Fratelli (Italian) and Shaj (Indian) are two of our favourite restaurants. Every one loves fish and chips by the seaside, visit Ladhars and you won't be disappointed.
