The house should have all necessary amenities for your stay but should you feel that something is missing, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The house has been refurbished in July 2022, with a brand new bathroom, kitchen, floors, carpets and decor. On the ground floor you will be greeted by a hallway leading into a comfortable front living room complete with an electric fire, smart TV and two single sofa beds. Also on the ground floor is a dining room-come-games room. This trendy room is equipped with a dining table which can be easily turned into both a ping pong and pool table. There is also a Blutooth speaker/radio. The dining room leads to the modern kitchen. Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester and in Hoole, the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues, including of course, plenty of wine glasses and a Nespresso machine. The kitchen leads out to a decked courtyard complete with outdoor furniture. Upstairs you will find a king bedroom (which can be split into singles upon request) equipped with a smart TV and a desk. There is also a double bedroom room. There is also a modern family bathroom with a jacuzzi bath complete with LED lighting! Dogs can stay for an additional cost of forty pounds per stay.

This beautifully refurbished 2-bedroom property is located just a 15 minute walk/few minutes taxi ride into the centre of Chester. The property itself is located on the high street of the trendy suburb of Hoole, with its own shops, bars and restaurants right on your door step. The property is also a close proximity to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet village and the City of Liverpool with its rich maritime history. With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a short walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day! You will of course also be a short drive from Chester Zoo and the beautiful Cheshire countryside. There is free, unrestricted on-street parking on the roads around the property. Please double check the parking signs before leaving your car. Alternatively, the train station is a few minute taxis ride or a 10 minute walk.
