To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we uphold a no smoking or vaping policy inside the property, with smoking permitted on the patio area only . Dogs are not to be left unattended in property longer than 4-5 hrs. Bring your own throws for beds/furniture if bringing pets. Please note we do not allow the use of EV charging. Community-Centric Approach Our cottages are exclusively for family and friends. Unfortunately, we do not host stag/hen parties or similar events.

Located just to the east of York outside the village of Wilberfoss, we offer a quiet peaceful stay on our small working farm. We are ideally located for both countryside and coast. Just a short drive will bring you to stunning North York Moors, The Yorkshire Wolds and seaside towns of Whitby, Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington are around an hours drive. Of course there is much to see in the city of York too. Parking is made easy with the many Park & Ride services which surround the city. You will find The Shambles, York Minster, The city walls, The Railway museum and Castle Museum and much more. We are also not too far from Flamingo land Theme Park and zoo which the kids will love!
