Flat 2 is a second floor flat reach by approx 15 step and is a lovely, light, airy and spacious Cornish apartment by the sea.
The flat has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is presented as a large hotel suite .
There is on double bedroom with huge windows to allow the morning light in, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lights and hairdryer.
The kitchen is designed for light cooking with a oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine , fridge freezer and microwave oven....please note: no hob.Essentials like Tea/coffee pods, salt, pepper etc included.
There is a separate dining area with tv , sofa and dining table and chairs which leads out to a small terrace with table and chairs.
The bathroom has a shower and bath and fresh towels are supplied. Ironing board iron also supplied .
There are also a selection of books and games
Busy owner of La Casita restaurant..always available with a smile.
Flat 2 is situated at the top of the hill to both Carbis bay beach (8. mins walk) and the coastal paths to St.Ives and Lelant. There is secure parking outside the flat.We are 1 minute from the bus stop with a 5 minute ride to st ives.5 minute walk to the wonderful coastal train in to St.Ives which takes no loner than 5 minutes.
Local Spar shop, chemist and hairdresser are just around the corner as well as being a stones throw away from La Casita Restaurant, Becks fish and chips and the local cafe for breakfast.
You will be at the centre of a nice little Hub with many places to eat nearby.
Tesco is 5 minutes drive.
Carbis bay beach has great hire. facilities at hand for Kayaks and paddle boards.
