I have lived in Billericay since 2000 and I know the area fairly well. I also run my own business from home in Billericay so I am close by most l day if needed. We lead a busy social life and enjoy meeting new people and experiencing new things. We have traveled extensively and enjoy the quiet life when we are home.

The property is suitated in an upmarket area of Great Burstead on the south side of of Billericay. There is a good array of local shops an take aways a couple of minutes driv away and te main billeicay high street with supermarkets banks etc is a fine minute drive. There are also good bus connections within walking distance.
