Great location for exploring town, beautiful rural area and beaches. Pub and restaurants near by. A dedicated off road parking space available 24/7. Gardeners Cottage is a 200 year old traditional Devon stone building so be prepared for steeper stairs than you may have at home. A few minutes level walk from the town centre. We have recently had a total upgrade to the bathroom, now with walk in rain shower and hi-spec fittings. Perfectly situated for couples to explore this idyllic rural area of the South Hams, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The cottage offers free secure off road parking a few minutes away, gas central heating, wood burner, 100 Mbps FTTP wifi connection. PIV ventilation system.
I moved to Devon 25 years ago to enjoy a more rural relaxed life style having also bought Gardeners Cottage as a listed building renovation project. Its been fun updating whilst keeping the feel of its Victorian past.
End of a row of terraced cottages, close to all the amenities that Kingsbridge has to offer.
