Gemini Properties is a family run business. Why the name Gemini - We have many birthdays in June. Gemini Properties specialises in providing short term rentals, with all bills included, for a wide variety of customers, contractors, corporate, business, leisure and those wanting to find a modern, comfortable place to stay when visiting friends and family. We also offer a cost effective solution for small families or groups that require accommodation whilst their home is being renovated or undergoing remedial insurance work or they are just moving and need a temporary, convenient and comfortable place to stay for a short while. Gemini Properties have a number of apartments in the local area and may be able to cater for larger groups across the different properties at the same time. If you need something extra during your stay let us know and we'll help if possible.

Property information

"Home from Home". Secure building with private underground parking and additional visitor parking on the estate. Modern apartment that is newly refurbished with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. Guests are provided with fresh linen, fresh towels, toiletries and all the normal facilities found at home. Some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are provided to help you relax after a tiring journey or day at work. All kitchen and dinnerware are provided allowing the guests to cook their favourite meals and entertain others. In the double bedroom, we can accommodate a double bed or cater for two single beds also (as can be seen in the images above)

Neighbourhood information

Guests love the peaceful location, built around a victorian orphanage and chapel that dates back to 1869, it is an architectural masterpiece steeped in history, and contained the old London Orphanage School and still retains the original clock tower building, standing 125 feet tall. The rest of the estate has been designed to complement the original buildings. It is close to Watford town centre amenities, Watford Junction (straight into London Euston), M1 and M25. Watford Metropolitan station (1.6 miles) leads straight into the heart of London including Baker Street, Aldgate and connects to Amersham and Chesham, Uxbridge and Harrow. There is a choice of many restaurants and bars within 10 minutes. Lots of supermarkets and retails parks nearby for those essentials. Watford Football Club, Cinemas, Bowling, Golf, Crazy Golf, Swimming Pools, Shopping at the Atria Centre, Theatre and lots more. if you're really lucky you may see an owl, an elf, a flying phoenix, a barking 3-headed dog or even a centaur at the Harry Potter Studios.
