Newly renovated & designed for your comfort, Grange8 Luxury Snug is ideal for two, whether visiting for skiing, walking, golfing, cycling, seeing friends & family or exploring the scenic east coast of Scotland. Perfectly situated in the picturesque town of Blairgowrie, within a few minutes walk of the town centre "Wellmeadow" surrounded by cafes, pubs, shops & more. At its door are takeaways, a supermarket, ATM, pub, butcher, fish shop. Ample street parking. It has a lock-up shed for sporting equipment. Grange8 Luxury Snug was entirely refurbished in 2023. Influenced by the history of the local industry, such as the jute mills, raspberry fields and barley growing, every detail is designed with your comfort in mind, creating the beautiful and bright space it is today. An ideal bolt-hole for two. Entering from the main street, you will step into a small vestibule with space for coats and shoes. Closing the outside world behind, you will enter the cosy living space with an impressive, fully equipped galley kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and Ninja Airfryer. Enjoy a cheerful breakfast as the morning sun drenches the dining area with a window bench seat, table and chairs. A view of a mature garden with trees and shrubs across the street gives a hint of the beauty of the surrounding countryside, and bottom-up blinds allow you to choose how much of the outside world you want to see. Relax in the lounge area with a luxurious sofa, comfy swivel tub chair, and wall-mounted smart TV. There are ample USB ports and power sockets to charge your devices throughout the living and kitchen areas. The elegant bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle and dual shower head separates the living and bedroom spaces. A kingsize bed with bedside USB ports and power sockets, overhead reading lights and a large wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV. A glass door with bottom-up blinds opens from the bedroom onto the sunny private patio.
