In the picturesque town of Looe, our holiday flat offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 terrasses with superb views on the town and the ocean. It is perfect for either a romantic weekend, or a fun stay with friends.
Millendreath is a superb two bedroom ground floor apartment with private patio areas leading off both the Lounge and Master Bedroom, ideal for enjoying the breathtaking views – Looe Beach, the town of Looe, the Looe River and 15 miles of coastline all the way to Rame Head.
There is an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, two bedrooms, both en-suite. The master bedroom is equiped with a super-king size bed. The second bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is a dish-washer, washing machine, microwave oven. The flat also has free wifi access, freeview, and a CD/DVD player.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole flat. Note that unfortunately, access to this flat is not suitable for wheelchairs, push chairs, as there are quite a few steps leading from the car park to the flat entrance.
Hello there, I am Max, a 53 year old professional in the publishing industry, and I am also a part-time Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist. I am a very keen swimmer and runner and spend most of my free time in Looe running along the SW Coast path or Kilminorth Woods. I also really enjoy swimming in the sea in the winter. But when there is a time for training, there is a time to relax, and meeting friends in cosy traditional pubs or laid-back coffee shops is the way to do it. and there are plenty of them in Looe.
Looe is in fact two towns separated by a river. East Looe is centred around a sandy beach and it is where you will find a plethora of traditional pubs and excellent restaurants at a very affordable price. West Looe, on the other side of the river and where the flat is located, clings to the steep landscape like a collection of Cornish limpets.
Looe & nearby Polperro are fishing villages with active fleets and thriving fish markets.
Out of season these towns are a great choice if you seek picturesque, quaint, relaxed and friendly.
For the sport fanatics, there are plenty of activities such as surfing, kayaking, trecking, trail running and cycling.
Pubs, try the Jolly Sailor in West Looe.
Restaurants, we recommend the "Ancient Mariner bistro" and the "Old Sail Loft" in East Looe. The Smugglers cottage is a safe bet too.
Quiet remote and magnificent bays, experience Lantic and Whitsand bays.
