This fantastic ground floor flat is an absolute gem if you want to stay one of the UK’s areas of Outstanding natural beauty. All of the furniture and furnishings are stylish and new and as this property is just off the main street means you can park up once here and enjoy this beautiful coastal Dorset town. The property is set off of Lyme Regis’s main street so it is central to everything and only 2 minutes to the sea! This is one of the cheapest properties in Lyme Regis with this amazing location. The property has been set up to host a maximum of 2 adults and/or 2 small children, this is because the bunk bed has a low ceiling beam that may cause height restrictions for adults or older children and so with this in mind we have put a comfy sofa in the lounge and 2 child size chairs which the kids love! Please note the property has been priced accordingly to take this into considerate. It’s a lovely property with a fully fitted kitchen, large bathroom with shower and bath and parking which is like gold dust in Lyme. Many guests come back year after year to stay here because it gives families or couples a great base and an opportunity to stay in beautiful Lyme Regis

This property is in a fantastic location and it is central to everything Lyme Regis has to offer. You are practically in the centre of the main street but setback so you will not be disturbed. You are in walking distance to the sea, beach and all the fabulous pubs restaurants and independent shops. Lyme Regis is unspoilt and has a strong arty vibe and it is absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking coastline, sandy beaches and the world famous Cobb When the Sun goes down Lyme Regis lights up at night and there is often live bands and a great atmosphere of an evening which makes it perfect for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. You are surrounded by beautiful places to visit and there is lots to see and do locally from mackerel fishing , paddle boarding, fossil hunting or you can spend hours pottering around the many fabulous independent shops and art galleries or visit other great places like the market town of Bridport And West Bay where the TV programme Broadchurch was made Aptly named the Pearl of Dorset, Lyme Regis is steeped in history and has a very quaint feel to it. It is no wonder it remains one of the top five most searched for places to stay in the UK. Please note that the parking area is an old tunnel that you have to go through to get to the property and parking area. It is extremely narrow in places but locals use it every day and it is amazing what cars get through but we cannot unfortunately give precise measurements because the wall juts out in different places . Most vehicles are absolutely fine but it is very tight so if you cannot use the parking area there are local car parks within about a six minute walk that do Long stay parking permits.
