Green Corner Villa is perfectly located to explore the best of Torquay and the English Riviera. Within a 15-minute walk you’ll reach many of the town’s highlights: the historic Torre Abbey with its Spanish Barn and Palm Gardens, the Riviera International Centre, Abbey Sands beach with its lovely pier, and the lively seafront promenade leading into the town centre. Both Torquay train stations are also nearby, making arrival and day trips simple. One of the things our guests love most is that you can reach all these destinations without climbing the steep hills Torquay is famous for — a rare advantage here, as the town is built on seven of them! Arriving by car is easy too: we’re just off one of Torquay’s main access roads, with quick links to the rest of Torbay and the English Riviera. From here you can set out on the South West Coast Path, enjoy a scenic walk to the picturesque village of Cockington, or even catch a boat to the traditional fishing town of Brixham. Easily accessible by car, just off one of the main roads entering Torquay, 10 minutes walking distance to both train stations and very well linked with the roads leading to the other areas of Torbay and English Riviera as well as very good starting point to hike the South West Coast Path, walking trip to beautiful, picturesque Cockington Village or to catch a boat to famous fishing town of Brixham.
