Gromit Cottage is a semi-detached cottage, a former cheese factory situated in the centre of the market town of Masham. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one king-size double and one twin (zip/link, can be super king-size double on request), as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a patio with furniture. Gromit Cottage is an ideal base for a family with plenty to do in Masham, and further field are Ripon, Harrogate and York, all of which are well worth visiting.

Neighbourhood information

The historic market town of Masham in North Yorkshire rests in the lower reaches of Wensleydale along the River Ure. The town boasts a market square, crafts, galleries, shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as being home to Theakstons and Black Sheep Breweries. The popular towns of Ripon, Thirsk, Northallerton, Richmond and Harrogate are all within easy reach, making this an excellent touring base for exploring North Yorkshire.
