The Grooms Cottage is well situated, just after you come on the M74 and as you enter Moffat it is on the right hand side. It is a Rural Location only a stones throw away from local walks along the River Annan or for the more adventurous the Devils Beef Tub. The Grooms offers private entrance with free parking, you can come and go at you leisure. It is a cosy little cottage with lovely characteristics and garden views.
I have been running the B&B For a few years now. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them make the most of there adventure. I Live on site and I am always happy to help with any question or needs that you may have. I hope you don't mind dogs, because my Red Fox Lab Rusty certainly loves to meet and greet!
There are plenty of little independent shops in Moffat, including an Antique shop or two. If you are willing to wander there are hidden gems to be found and plenty of places to grab some grub. Make sure you look out for events through the year like the Classic car Rally or even the Sheep Races! And don't forget to have your photo taken with the Sheep statues.
