Ground Floor Annexe is a charming semi-detached ground-floor annexe attached to the owner's home in Milton-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire. Hosting one twin bedroom and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with an electric fire. Outside there is off-road parking on the drive and shared access to the owner's enclosed garden with lawn, seating and patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Ground Floor Annexe makes a wonderful base for a Cotswolds adventure. Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches will keep you occupied for hours. Its old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, Pendennis Castle and the stunning new National Maritime Museum complete the picture. Across the harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).
