This newly refurbished ground floor apartment is less than a 10 minute walk from the heart of Stratford Upon Avon town centre. We have been awarded 'superhost' status on AirBnB. The property is easily accessible with its own private entrance from the front. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen/lounge area, a master bedroom with en-suite and a double bed, a second twin bedroom with two single beds. The main bathroom has a walk-in waterfall, luxury shower. Ironing board and WiFi hub can be found in the storage cupboard in the hallway.
Parking is situated around the rear of the block of flats. The number 78 parking space is located on the right hand side as you drive in. Once parked you can walk around the front to the main private entrance situated on the main road. This is also the only way to enter the apartment.
