Property information

A self catering guest house offering 4 individual bedrooms for rent, including a unique attic room accessed via narrow, steep stairs. All rooms feature digital door locks for added security and share a single bath/ shower room. Each guest receives a front door key from a key safe located outside. The communal ground floor includes a comfortable lounge with dining area and a spacious shared kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, 2 microwaves , dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. Additional amenities include a downstairs toilet, free Wi-Fi, gas central heating, and an outdoor area with clothes lines.

Situated close to Bangor Pier built during the Victorian era . The pier is popular with visitors to the city, with the Tea Rooms at the pier head and fantastic views over the Menai Straits. Anglesey and Eryri (Snowdonia) national park both nearby Ideal base for the many outdoor activities in the area including Zip World, swimming, canoeing , hiking, rock climbing, fishing etc
