Located overlooking the city’s Roman walls, The Hampton by Hilton York is opposite York Railway Station and a 10-minute walk from the historic centre. Guests can enjoy the use of a fitness centre and free Wi-Fi throughout. Each modern room at The Hampton by Hilton York comes with a stylish en suite bathroom. Rooms also feature a 32-inch HD TV, a work desk and tea/coffee making facilities. Complimentary breakfasts are served each morning in the hotel’s restaurant, and bar meals and a children’s menu are available in the evening. The famous National Railway Museum is within 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel, while the centre of the city is home to York Minster, boutique shops and traditional pubs and tearooms.
