All of the property is included for guest use except for a small owners cupboard in the bedroom which is kept locked.

This holiday flat is purposefully constructed within a secluded complex directly opposite Porthmadog harbour and right next to the Ffestiniog railway station with no through traffic. Access is straightforward, leading from the main road onto well-maintained tarmac drives that wind through the estate. Designated parking for one vehicle is conveniently located just 10 yards away from the property, well-illuminated for added safety. Access to the flat is via three flights of open concrete stairs, featuring a handrail on the left-hand side, guiding you effortlessly to the second floor. There is free parking in the high street wherever there are no double yellow lines. Or you can easily walk into Porthmadog as it is only a stones throw away from the property.
