We have lived in beautiful Brixham for 25 years now , and we are a 5 minute walk away if needed although there is a self check in procedure which gives flexibility on arrival times.
We love being hosts & love to make people feel at home & welcome.This is now our second year & we have many returning guests :)

Property is located in the popular harbour bowl area of Brixham with views of the harbour & private parking, an added bonus this close to the harbour.
Brixhams pretty historic harbour with its attractions, bars, & restaurants are a very short walk from “Harbour Views” front door.
The Harbourside gives you many eclectic restaurants & cocktail bars or take a 10 minute walk to Breakwater Beach & Cafe, lovely to experience while taking in the sea air. Children (and adults!) can go crabbing too :)
Don’t miss the opportunity to walk up the gangplank onto Drakes Golden Hind- a full size Pirate Ship in the centre of the harbour! Perfect for Brixhams world famous Pirate Week!
Don’t miss a chance to treat yourself to freshly caught fish direct from Brixhams Fish Market, or sometimes sold straight off the boat!
If you feel like chilling out or kicking back try a Cocktail in Liberty’s-or The Mermaid, highly recommended!
No visit to Brixham is complete without delicious portion of its famous Fish & Chips, you’ll be spoilt for choice there are so many including Simply Fish & the renowned Rockfish.
For a superb Breakfast or Lunch try the "Curious Kitchen " exceptional local fare served in a wonderfully chilled atmosphere. Or sit out right by the harbour and enjoy breakfast there at one of the fantastic eateries. For exceptional coffee try "The Bay Coffee Company"
