Views of the private garden. Please note that the top bunk is only suitable for people over 6 years of age and each bunk has a maximum weight limit of 100kg. Other things to note: This property is located in a rural position with the nearest supermarket and shops a 4 minute drive. The Clinton Arms pub listed as 50yards away on booking .com shut in 2017. The nearest pub is now a 4 minute drive away. There are 3 steps down and two steps up to access the property. There is a drop in the garden therefore young children will need to be supervised when using the garden. The neighbouring field contains cows & sheep who quite often like to come up to the fence to say hello. No pets due to animals in neighbouring farmland. Hazel Cottage is semi-detached to the owners home.
