We would like to inform you that there is a CCTV camera OUTSIDE the property, to make our place safe and secure for our guests. Strictly no parting policy,any day or night visitors or running any form of business! Breach of that role will lead to immediate termination of contract (accommodating) with no money refund.

This fantastic apartment is situated right in the heart of Inverness, ON THE THIRD FLOOR, SO THERE ARE A FEW STAIRS TO CLIMBE ( NO ELEVATOR ). It is within minutes walking distance from all major tourist and historic attractions, 5 minute walk from Train Stacion, Main Town Square and Bus Stacion. PLEASE NOTE, IT IS STRICT CITY CENTRE AND THERE IS NO DEDICATED CAR PARK SPACE, HOWEVER there is a Rose Street Car Park just 2 minutes walk, across the street. YOU CAN PARK FOR FREE IN FRONT OF BUILDING BETWEEN 6 PM TILL 8 AM The kids of age 4 and above are welcome, The apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need for a stress free stay while visiting Inverness. For the same price of a hotel, why not have a great stay in your very own apartment and have freedom, privacy, and feel local. Free unlimited wi-fi for guest who bring their own laptop & internet devices. Large smart TV. Power shower, bath,complimentary towels, bed linen, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, very comfortable double bed & 2 single beds and sofas. Microwave, fan oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, central heating, tourist literature, and leaflets.

Cov-19 related cancellation. In event of a lockdown situation in UK /travel restrictions and you are unable to travel or we cannot host/then all payments will be refunded or dates transferred.
