Give it a try! heft view @ rose cottage is a luxurious en-suite double bedroom located 60ft opposite heft restaurant in the centre of the beautiful & quiet village of High Newton. heft view is located within rose cottage, which is a beautiful Lake District cottage conversion from a cow shed around 1896. The building itself is undated, perhaps from the 17th or 18th century. Whilst the building is very old, you’ll find heft view well appointed and very comfortable. No need for taxis, heft view is a few skips across the cross-roads. You can’t get closer to heft! You’ll find a good bottle of wine in your room, with an amazing bowl of olives and lovely mixed nuts. heft view doesn’t offer breakfast however should guests fancy a bite we will be glad to advise about a great breakfast menu at Harry’s Cafe located at Yew Tree Barn some 600 yards away.
