Just a mile from the National Trust Gleno Waterfall, a favourite spot for cold water dippers, is our refurbished, compact and bijou hideaway. You can enjoy leisurely hikes around Woodburn and Loughmourne Reservoirs (2 miles). 7 miles away is the magnificent "Gobbins Path," a cliffside trek considered to be one of Ireland's most stunning coastal walks. Our home serves as a gateway to the Co Antrim Coast Road and the world-famous Causeway Coastal Route, which is home to the Giant's Causeway.
All on one level and secure gated parking. There's lots of outdoor space with a private corner of the garden with picnic bench and seats for visitors. Key lock box for self access. Guests are welcome all year round. Guests staying for 2 nights or more can benefit from a welcome pack on arrival for a cuppa and snack as soon as they arrive. Check in - 3pm on your day of arrival. Check out by 11am on the day of departure. If you need to check in earlier than 3pm, please do ask, as we will always try to accommodate you. Quiet hours 11.30pm to 6.30am. Other Things To Note Guests staying longer than a week will have a weekly service with linen and towel change. If you have any queries…booking a restaurant, taxis, hairdresser or planning a trip please feel free to ask, we are here to help. We want you to come back and hope that you will have a wonderful stay in our hideaway home. Due to previous issues with guests - Strictly NO SMOKING inside or outside the property. We have two dogs. They are kept under control and will always be on leads when guests are staying.

Visitors can enjoy long, leisurely hikes around Woodburn and Loughmourne Reservoirs (2 miles away). Only 7 miles away is the magnificent "Gobbins Path," a cliffside trek that is considered one of Ireland's most stunning coastal walks. The walkway from Whitehead to Blackhead Lighthouse, a listed lighthouse constructed at the turn of the 20th century, is another nearby coastal walk. The lighthouse marks the end of Belfast Lough when it opens up onto the North Channel. In addition, our hideaway serves as a gateway to the County Antrim Coast Road and onto the world-famous Causeway Coastal Route, which is home to the Giant's Causeway and all of its natural splendour (1 hour drive). *Tourism NI Certified* Our beautiful capital city Belfast, home of the Titanic, is a 25 minute drive away (18 miles). It's got tons of history and super-friendly locals who know how to have a good time. In addition to the large chain supermarkets, food outlets and retail stores, the nearby local towns have a great selection of independent food and retail stores. Ballynure village (3 miles) Larne (6 miles) Carrickfergus (6 miles) Ballyclare (6 miles) The Dairy, an award-winning bistro, butchers, and farm shop, is a must-visit for breakfast or lunch (2 miles). A great pint of Guinness is served at The Crossways, a traditional country bar with friendly staff and locals (2 Miles).
