The living areas in the property consist of a second-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, a dining area with seating for six people, a sitting area with a TV, along with a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a first-floor king-size with a TV and an en-suite shower room, a first-floor twin and a first-floor double, as well as a first-floor bathroom. Outside, the balcony hosts furniture, and there is permit parking available for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and within 1 mile, a beach. One well-behaved pet welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A break in a desirable location awaits at Higher Cliftonville! A parking permit is provided (unallocated space) is available in the long stay car park nearby. There is on road parking near the property, please note that restrictions apply in are steps leading from the front door to the accommodation and a further flight of steps to the second floor
