Boutique Beach is a small, family run company based in The Witterings. A husband and wife team, we adore property and as well as managing properties for others, we also own an ever-expanding portfolio of local holiday let properties ourselves. Hightide is a beautiful two bedroom, beach front apartment in a prime Bracklesham Bay location. With a fresh and light coastal interior, Hightide offers panoramic views from the spacious lounge and dining area. The feature sliding window at the front of the property opens directly onto the shoreline, allowing you to soak up the sound of the crashing waves. Walk along the beach to local restaurants, shops and cafes in nearby Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering. Hightide features one king and one twin bedroom all furnished with fresh linen and fluffy towels from our local village launderette. Whitewashed wooden floors throughout this beautiful property compliment the coastal tones and furnishings. The full width living/dining room sliding window opens to views directly onto the beach at Bracklesham Bay. Hightide features a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath, plus a bright and airy kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee pod machine. Hightide has a lockable beach store so guests are able to leave paddleboards and surfboards after a day on the water. The residential estate has a communal slipway for boats plus outdoor communal shower to wash off the sand after you day on the beach. Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone and depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep you eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk East along the beach from Bracklesham to Selsey or West towards the villages of East and West Wittering.
