Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, AGA, microwave, fridge/freezer, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine chiller, a Smart TV, dart board, pool table and table tennis. Outside there is a front patio with furniture, sun loungers and a hot tub, an enclosed courtyard with furniture, and a private driveway for five cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. Warwick's medieval castle and the impressive remains of Kenilworth Castle are nearby, as well as the elegant Royal Leamington Spa, with its Georgian and Victorian buildings. Explore the charming towns and villages of the Cotswolds where it's possible to visit places that have remained unchanged for centuries. Chipping Norton, Stow on the Wold, Broadway and Bourton-on-the-Water, to name only a few, are all within easy reach.
