Well maintained Family home in quite area and an excellent location for HS2 site with driveway for 2 cars plus no parking restrictions on the street. 2mins walk to bus stop, 7mins walk to Aylesbury train station, 15mins walk to Stoke Mandeville hospital, 10mins walk to Aylesbury Town Centre and 5mins walk to Aylesbury college. Please note that this is a family home, not a commercial guest house where spare rooms are rented for short stay with shared kitchen, living, and washrooms. There is no breakfast or any room service provided, but it's fully furnished and self serviced.
Host is mostly available to facilitate check in/out and in case of working away or travelling during check-in/out time, self check is available with digital locks and key safe facilities when required.
Residential area with hampden gardens shop and park within 5mins walk. Waterside theatre in the Town is 15mins walk. Stoke Mandeville stadium, birthplace of the Paralympics is 18 mins walk (5mins drive). Direct 1 hour train to Central London from Aylesbury train station which is 7mins walk.
