Sleepers @ No.8 is a recently renovated holiday cottage located in the heart of Pickering, directly above Botham's Tea Room. Refurbished to the highest standard, the cottage provides the perfect retreat for couples looking for a comfortable getaway in North Yorkshire. Stylish interiors can be found throughout the property so guests will be guaranteed a stay with a homely feel. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to 500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.​ ​
