Relax with the whole family at this peaceful country house. Hole Mill is a newly renovated 350 year old former water mill with a modern extension. The house is located in a secluded valley and set in 2 acres of private land. The garden boasts a beautiful swimming pond as well as a small stream and is surrounded by beautiful walks to the beach and beyond onto the South West Coast Path.
The property can sleep more than 9 if needed if willing to share more space. Message if this is of interest.

The house is set in a secluded valley about a mile from Branscombe beach. There are numerous walks to the beach and excellent local pubs, as well as easy access to the stunning South West Coast Path. Branscombe Beach also has a lovely cafe (do visit the old forge on the way). The property is a 15 minute drive from the much loved seaside town of Sidmouth, and the dinosaur mecca of Lyme Regis is just 25 mins drive away.
The house is located down narrow lanes. The roads can be slippery however are regularly used by the other residents in the valley
The roads are more suited to suv / general family cars than high performance sports cars however the owners regularly use a Tesla Model S to the property
