Property information

This spacious 4 bed town house has lots of space for socialising downstairs with a separate living room and an additional large open plan living/dining kitchen area. There are 4 generous sized double bedrooms upstairs. There is also a private yard, perfect for a barbeque in the Summer.

Neighbourhood information

Wetherby is a very friendly Yorkshire market town outside of Leeds bur also near to Harrogate. This townhouse is situated in the centre on a quiet street but within walking distance to all the bars, restaurants and shops. Wetherby Racecourse host regular horse races, and definitely worth visiting if you happen to be staying on Race Day. There is so much charm to this popular town that you will be happy spending time here even if you don't have time to visit Leeds or Harrogate.
