Island escape holiday home is newly available in 2025 for holidays on the Isle of Wight. The home features a main double bedroom with new orthopaedic double mattress and wardrobe. Second bedroom has 2 single beds. The holiday home accommodates 4 people and 1 well behaved dog. There is a 50 inch smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, Now TV and Prime (you must sign in with your own account), DVD player, free fast fibre wifi, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, sandwich toaster , toaster, coffee pod machine and all crockery and necessities needed for a pleasant stay. A welcome pack will be left for our guests for each stay. Spacious sofas and a compact but perfectly formed bathroom with walk in shower. There is a private small gated decked area with a small table with two chairs. The property is non-smoking and is set 1.2 km from Sandown Beach and other local attractions. The red squirrel trail is directly accessed from the holiday park There are an abundance of attractions on the Isle of Wight for all the family including The needles, Osborne House, Monkey Haven, Isle of Wight Steam Railway and more ! Island Escape Holiday Home is located in Sandown in the Fairway Holiday Park. The Holiday Park features a heated pool with hot tub area (open in the summer months), onsite pub/restaurant, launderette and drying facilities and free parking in main car parks . A convenience store and bus stop are just outside the main entrance and within a few minutes walk from the holiday home. Generous discounted car ferry travel is available when booking with us. Please ask when booking.and we will send you a link to book **IMPORTANT** Parking is on site in public car parks not directly outside holiday home No motorhomes or RV’s are allowed on site (CARS ONLY) 1 well behaved dog is welcome by request and must not be left unattended at the property. All dogs must be up to date with flea and mite protection and kept on a lead in public areas.

Strong Odours Policy.

To maintain a clean and neutral-smelling environment for all guests, we ask that you do not cook strong-smelling foods such as curry or heavily spiced dishes inside the caravan. A deep-cleaning fee will be applied if the smell lingers and affects the next guest. Repeated or severe breaches may result in early termination of your stay without refund.

Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of GBP 25 per stay. Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.

Pet Policy – Dogs

We welcome well-behaved dogs, but kindly ask that you follow these important rules to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the caravan for all guests:

- Dogs must not be left unattended in the caravan at any time. This is for the safety of your pet and to avoid potential damage or distress.

- Dogs are not allowed on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. Please bring your own pet bedding.

- Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning charges or, in some cases, early termination of your stay.
