Property information

The Island Hut, is beautifully located on the edge of Mill island, Saltford. Hand crafted locally in Bath by well known hut builders Greendown Shepherd Huts. The hut comes complete with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with additional outdoor bathtub. The use of paddle boards, kayaks and bikes are available throughout your stay. This idyllic location is perfect for a romantic trip to enjoy all the river has to offer but also only be a 10 minute drive into Bath’s bustling city centre.

Neighbourhood information

The Shallows in Saltford is a very popular spot amongst tourists due to the beauty of the river, many people flock to the Shallows in the summer months to enjoy free swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and much more. The island is situated between to lovely local pubs, within a 5 minute walking distance for you to enjoy a quick pit stop inbetween activities. Looking to venture further afield? Saltford is also conveniently situated between Bristol and Bath, within a short 15 minute drive into either city.
