Island View is a unique apartment in the heart of Lymington with the hustle and bustle of the High Street at the front and a peaceful sun terrace with a view of the Solent at the rear. It has the best of both worlds. It is really a town house rather than an apartment, a house above the street. It is newly furnished and equipped, with all the comforts of home. There is ample dining space, inside and out, and a 42" smart TV for your enjoyment. Wifi is free and unlimited and you can log in to your Amazon or Netflix account and stream movies too.
Hi, I'm Brenda, and I own and love Island View. This is a new venture for me and I have tried to give the apartment a relaxed and homely feel as well as providing high quality furnishings and linens. I hope you love and enjoy the apartment as much as I do.
Island View is in the heart of the town. The Georgian frontage on to the High Street is very imposing, having been built in 1830 for the Mayor of Lymington, and the floor to ceiling windows make the rooms so light and airy. It is close to all amenities, within walking distance of the St Barbe Museum where you can have coffee and cake whilst browsing through information on local history and attractions. There is a Tesco, Waitrose and Marks & Spencer Simply Food in walking distance along with lots of excellent places to eat, the Angel & Blue Pig comes highly recommended. No need to use the car if you feel like some time away from the wheel either as buses stop right outside the apartment to Southampton and all points east, Bournemouth, Poole and all point west.
