Our properties are fully equipped with everything you need for day-to-day living convenience. Towels, bed linen, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster and much more is all included.
I'm happy to leave you to enjoy the house but am always on hand if needed. I'm contactable via the Airbnb app, email or phone if you need to get in touch for any reason.

A spacious, beautifully refurbished, three-bedroom house just ten minutes walk from the University of Nottingham, Nottingham Tennis Centre and the QMC (Queen's Medical Centre).
The ground floor features a bright and spacious reception room and separate dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a full range of appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven.)
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms all equipped with a king-size bed and plenty of clothes hanging space.

The house is ideally located just ten minutes walk from the University of Nottingham and the QMC (Queen's Medical Centre).
Other locations nearby include Highfields Park, Lakeside Arts Centre, Nottingham College and Nottingham Tennis Centre. It is also ideally located for visiting businesses at Nottingham Science Park or Boots Head Office.
Located just 3 minutes walk from the nearest tram stop (University of Nottingham) the city centre is easily and quickly accessible. Trams run every 7-8 minutes and the journey to Nottingham Train Station takes about 11 minutes.
