Lisa and Rob love to meet and greet guests, we have an interest in classic and vintage motorbikes, have a little friendly Jack Russell and enjoy our walks in the National Forest.

Located within easy distance of J11 M42, A50 & A38. Use us as a base to visit many of the local attractions - The National Memorial Arboretum, Conkers, Timber Festival, Donington or Mallory Race Circuit, Catton Park, National Forest, Forestry Centre plus many more... We support many local wedding venues such as The Hidden Hive and The Forestry Centre. The midlands is a strong business and commercial base and we offer professionals a home from home setting where they can relax after a hard day. The new Jaguar Landrover Centre at J11 is one example of a major employer in the area.
