Property information

This is a lovely mid terrace 3 double bedroom house, with free residential parking. Downstairs comprises a small WC, separate kitchen and an open plan dining/living room with French doors onto a private garden with a patio. Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms, the master with a king-size bed (which has the flexibility of becoming two single beds should this be required,) and featuring an ensuite shower room. A second double bedroom and a third bedroom with a single bed. All with plenty of clothes storage and sharing a modern family bathroom. With everything you need from towels and linen, to crockery and cooking utensils. Well-behaved pets are more than welcome. Easy Access to Brookwood Station. Close to Brookwood Country Park and Excellent Local Schools.

Situated a little over 20 miles from central London in north-central Surrey. Woking has the best of both worlds. It lies on the doorstep of charming villages full of cosy pubs, adorable cottages and the beautiful Surrey Hills yet still offers speedy links to London and nearby Guildford for commuters. South Western Railway gets you to London Waterloo in just under half an hour and it is a zippy 7 minutes to Guildford. Neatly placed with road access to the M25, M3, and A3 and Heathrow Airport can be reached in around fifty minutes via bus and train services, with a similar journey time to Gatwick Airport.
