You will be exclusively renting the entire 3-bedroom property, which has been FULLY & LOVINGLY RE-DECORATED (November 2023) and includes 2 reception / living rooms, plus a stunning kitchen diner in excess of 27 feet. There is a family bathroom upstairs with over-bath shower, as well as a separate toilet WC downstairs. The villa includes all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, Amazon Alexa, Samsung Smart TV 50" and fibre WiFi (in excess of 100 mbps) is available throughout. Knighton Villa is located on the exclusive Knighton Church Road in the fashionable and highly regarded leafy suburb of South Knighton, lying approximately 2 miles to the south of the city centre. Knighton Villa is a superb and deceptively spacious Victorian villa. The living accommodation includes: an attractive sitting room (sun trap), a second sitting room with open fire and sofa bed, a 27 foot open-plan dining kitchen, a separate downstairs WC and washbasin, a delightful and attractive galleried first floor landing providing access to three bedrooms, two of which are very generous in size, as well as the family bathroom. The property enjoys an attractive, deep, southerly-facing rear garden.
My husband and I bought Knighton Villa in 2008 and for a number of years, occupied it as our main residence, until moving into the country in light of our family growing. We still miss Knighton Villa, however, as it is perfectly situated for accessing Leicester city centre as well as for exploring all that Leicestershire and the Midlands have to offer. Please therefore enjoy our villa and the plentiful surrounding amenities. We do hope that you have a wonderful stay. Knighton Villa is located on the exclusive Knighton Church Road in the fashionable and highly regarded leafy suburb of South Knighton. Knighton Villa is well served for everyday amenities and services including renowned public and private schooling, Leicester City Centre, the University of Leicester, De Montfort University, Leicester Racecourse, plus the Leicester Royal Infirmary and the Leicester General hospitals. It is conveniently located for nearby Oadby, Queens Road and Allandale Road which all have specialist shops, bars, boutiques and restaurants, as well as both the Leicester City Football Club and Leicester Tigers grounds.
