New built house with 3 large double bedrooms with 2 double beds in each room. A bathroom with bath and power shower. Large sitting area. Sizeable kitchen with dining area and brand new fully fitted with washing machine, tumble dryer and fitted units. Kitchen opens to the outside yard.
Previous guests have branded us as great owners and carers.
Next door is a fish and chip shop. Close to Plymouth university, the museum known as The Box, Mutley Plain which is the entertainment area, walking distance to Aldi supermarket and the city centre. Close to bus route areas which will go to Derriford hospital. One street away from Mount Gould hospital.
