Property information

On the edge of Galloway Forest Dark Sky Park, this traditional single storey cottage is situated on an upland farm, in a superb hillside position, with panoramic views over the Fleet Valley National Scenic Area to the sea and islands beyond. The historic town of Gatehouse of Fleet is just a 5 minute drive, whilst Artist Town Kirkcudbright is 20 minutes.

Neighbourhood information

It is a simply wonderful location for a peaceful family holiday, offering seclusion, but not total isolation, with under 10 minutes away by car the picturesque town of Gatehouse of Fleet providing hotels, restaurants, shops, a delightful and testing nine hole golf course, tennis courts, river and loch fishing and numerous other nearby attractions and activities for both adults and children.
