Upon entering Lorne House you are welcomed into a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. This bright open space includes a sofa and a flat screen TV, a large dining table which converts into a pool table to entertain guests. The modern kitchen has been designed to a high standard with dark shaker units with a smooth granite worktop. Retro stools are tucked away under the breakfast bar making this the perfect spot for entertaining while cooking. Additionally on the ground floor is an utility room with a washing mashing and a stylish modern bathroom. The first floor consist of a stylish living room with a flat screen TV, DVD player and game console for entertainment. Corner sofa is a great place for guests to relax after a hectic day exploring the lakes and mountains whilst taking in the sight of Llanberis Lake and the impressive Dinorwic Quarry as a backdrop. There is a modern walk in shower room and 3 double bedrooms. The second floor consist of a further two bedrooms, a double and a family room with a double bed and two singles. There is a furnished decking area at the rear of the property. A great place to unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. There is a store room in the cellar underneath the property which consist of a WC, bath and a shower to wash muddy boots or equipments after a busy day outdoors. There is plenty of storage space to store sports equipment such as bikes, kayaks etc. There are 2 security cameras overlooking the parking area and cellar for your peace of mind. Additional benefits of the property includes 5 smart TV’s, high speed WI-FI and private parking for up to 3-4 vehicles. Lorne house is just a stones throw away from Llanberis Lake, and being in the middle of the village it is convenient to walk to shops, pubs and cafes. Please note, the stairs in the property are fairly steep.
