Our Catharine Street apartments is in Liverpool's beautiful Georgian Quarter with scenic buildings and original cobbled streets. It is less than a 10-minute walk away to Hope Street which is home to some of Liverpool's best restaurants such as The Florist and London Carriageworks. 
 We, as hosts, are extremely proud of the Georgian style features and are thrilled to share these with our guests. However, kindly note that with the windows being single glazed as a feature, please expect a level of background noise from the nearby traffic 1) Standard Apartment: Located on the 1st floor, up 2 flights of stairs. 
 2) Two-Bedroom Apartment: Located on the 2nd floor, up 4 flights of stairs. 3) Apartment - Located on the 3rd floor. **Please expect that there will be 5 flights of stairs **
Please note that the building does not have a lift. 
*We kindly ask to make sure you read and understand our house rules before booking your stay* *The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold. One well behaved dog is welcome to stay at each apartment except in Flat E (two bedroom apartment). Please note that the listings that sleep 12 and 18 guests are two units that are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building.

Located within The Georgian Quarter - a renowned neighbourhood, home to some of the most outstanding architecture in Liverpool, this location is the perfect base for all! It is just a short stroll from the city centre and close to some brilliant places to visit, including, the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall! 
The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, ideal for those with an artistic flair. You will discover many of Liverpool's finest restaurants, bars and cafés in the Georgian Quarter neighbourhood. Make sure you take a short walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of delicious cuisines from various local restaurants!
