Forming part of a private gated development, our place is situated in one of the most quiet parts of London. It sits on the part of the famous Epping Forest (which is great for nice long walks) but also very close to the tube which would get you into central London in 20minutes. With only 5 minutes walk you get to Wanstead high street which has loads of shops, pubs and restaurants. Due to being on the central line you get to central London in only 20 minutes. There is also a nice eagle pond

Neighbourhood information

The flat is very peaceful and tranquil, if you enjoy quiet areas you would love our place. However, it also has nice park only walking distance off Wanstead high street. It’s great to be in such a location and have easy access also to central London. If you have a car it’s great as you can park in the secure off street car park. However it’s also ideal being close to Snaresbrook station. Only a few stops away from Liverpool Street.
