This spacious flat sleeps a maximum of four guests and is within walking distance of the lively and picturesque Wimborne town centre, where you will find a theatre, independent restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. Ample parking is available at the property, and Wimborne is a fantastic base for exploring further afield into Dorset or the New Forest National Park. 20 minutes drive from Bournemouth Airport. - Strictly NO smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 if signs of smoking have been found)

- If the Property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning)

- All guests agree to sign into our property via our external check-in form. Failure to check-in or check-in correctly will mean your stay will be cancelled and you will not be allowed access into the property.

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11 pm to 8 am.

- Additional linen for sofa bed arrangements incurs a one-time fee of £20, which can be ordered through the guest app.

Disclaimer: ALL unauthorised early check-in's or late check-out's will carry a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed.
