Wake up to the sounds of the birds singing! A lovely 3 bedroom barn conversion set in 12 acres of fields, ponds and some wooded areas which you are welcome to explore. The barn has a large open plan kitchen/diner/living space and also a huge second living room. Super fast Wifi (400mb+) throughout and two large TVs in the living areas Blackpool/Preston/Lancaster are all around 20 minutes away and you can be in the Lake District in an hour.
Hi, we are Claire and Matt. Thank you for looking at our page. We hope you book a stay with us at our lovely barn in rural Lancashire! We live in the adjoining farm house and are generally available if you need anything. We are often pottering about outside in the summer, however otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy yourselves!
It’s pretty remote and completely devoid of road noise! There are lots of walks down country lanes with only the birds to listen to. However Poulton le Fylde is 10 mins away with its amenities. Blackpool is 20 mins away, as is Preston and Lancaster. Car is probably a necessity, however the nearest train station is at Poulton le Fylde, a 10 minute taxi ride away.
